Distance from the airport, travel time and costs by taxi
The venue is easy to access from Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport.
Taxis from the airport to the Conference Venue will cost approximately 30-35 EUR. Depending on traffic, the taxi ride will take approximately 40 minutes. The drivers can only accept Hungarian Forint (30-35 EUR is 10.000-11.000 HUF) or payment by credit card. We kindly recommend you to inform the taxi driver beforehand if you wish to pay by credit card. You can easily exchange money at the airport. If you need assistance in reserving a taxi upon arrival please do not hesitate to contact us.
